• Roasts your coffee freshly, Don't accept pre-roasted, pre-packaged stock from your roasters storage shelves.
• Uses nitrogen-flushed, one-way valved packaging
• Keeps it pure. Does the green imported coffee consist of what the grower and importing broker say?
• Ensures product authenticity.  If it says Antiqua, make sure its Antiqua. If you say its 100% Arabica specialty grade Colombian, make sure it is.
• Stands behind their product. Is it guaranteed?
