Make Better Use of Slow Times
Our cafe was slow on Saturday afternoons (know your patterns), so we decided to invited local groups to use the shop for meetings. From time-to-time, these groups would be quite large. We didn’t charge for the space, but we sell coffee and sweets to the participants.
